Site Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you rely on anything at flashcrying.garden. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Referral Only

Flashcrying Concrete provides referral and marketing services and nothing more. We link homeowners with independent concrete providers. We do not pour, finish, stamp or seal concrete, and we do no construction at all. Any work at your home is done by an independent provider, never by Flashcrying Concrete.

No Endorsement, No Promise

Being connected with a provider does not mean we back that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, price or outcome of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will have an opening to take your job when you want. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance and behavior.

Information Only

The pages here offer general information. They are not engineering, legal, financial or other professional advice. Soil, slope, weather and local rules differ from one property to another, so talk with a qualified provider about your own project.

About Costs

Prices on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real numbers depend on the job, the location, the materials, the site and the design. Ask for a written estimate before any work is put on the calendar.

Permits, HOAs and Codes

What we say about permits, HOA rules and building codes is general. We cannot tell you what your town or HOA requires. Check with your local permit office, your HOA and your provider.

Staying Safe

Concrete jobs bring heavy equipment, digging and materials that can irritate skin and eyes. Keep children and pets away from active work areas and from wet concrete. If someone is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Flashcrying Concrete when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains this in more detail.

Accuracy of This Site

We try to keep the information here correct and current. Still, we do not warrant that it is complete or that it has no mistakes in every detail.
